Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express.

All of our payments are processed securely via Yoco and PayFast.

Can I pay for my purchase in instalments?

We have partnered with Happy Pay. Through Happy Pay you can pay for your purchase over two installments. To learn more, click on the Happy Pay logo on our website (the Happy Pay logo is on every product page on our website).

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time.

When will my order arrive?

We usually ship out orders or have them ready to collect within 5 to 7 working days from the date of the order. However, this can vary. Our team will communicate any potential delays.

What countries do you ship to?

Currently, for orders placed through our website, we only ship within South Africa.

However we can also assist with export to neighbouring countries, please contact us for more information.

How much is shipping?

Flat rate of R250 per order.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Once your order has shipped, we will also provide you with the tracking details from our Courier partners to track your delivery.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, we allow orders to be collected from our warehouse. Please note, our team will communicate to you when your order is ready for collection. Please do not arrive at our warehouse until you have received confirmation that your order is ready for collection.
